POOL HOUSE

This new pool house is positioned in the garden of a Herbert Baker home. The site is sloped and gave the opportunity to terrace and landscape the site in a way that relates to existing garden features that include stone walls, pergolas and arches. The client’s brief was to incorporate the arch as the dominant feature. The transparency of the building facilitated by the openings, links the pool, tennis court and the indoor entertainment space with the larger landscape beyond.
